I believe everyone is a runner, regardless of pace, experience, or the path it takes to reach the finish line.

I’m Corrinne Ward, a Registered Dietitian and Certified McMillan Running Coach with a lifelong passion for helping people discover what they’re truly capable of. Running entered my life as a young adult when I knew very little about distance training—but through curiosity, consistency, and a lot of learning along the way, it completely changed my life.

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of both running culture and the science behind training—from physiological adaptations and performance development to fueling, recovery, and long‑term sustainability. My personal racing experience spans from the 5K through the marathon, including multiple Boston Marathon qualifications:

  • 5K: 19:25

  • 10K: 40:57

  • Half Marathon: 1:30

  • Marathon: 3:11 (BQ x4)

As a coach, my goal is to unlock your full potential, build genuine self‑confidence, and—most importantly—increase your joy for running and movement. Whether you’re new to running, returning after time away, or chasing a big goal, I meet you where you are and guide you forward with purpose and encouragement.

I’m here not just as your trainer and educator, but as your cheerleader, supporting you through the challenges, celebrating your wins, and helping you build a relationship with running that lasts well beyond race day.

When I'm not training/mentoring I'm a full-time dietitian and mama to 2 sweet girls and 3 fluffball cats

*Best for first-time racers looking to complete their first half/full marathon with a more personalized plan, but don’t need weekly contact with a run coach/dietitian. This plan can be adjusted quarterly if requested.

Training plan and adjustments given bi-weekly using Final Surge app and your smart watch uploads

Race day prep and nutrition guide discussion and PDF provided

*Best for runners who have completed at least one half or full marathon and are now looking to get faster and stronger. This package will also assume the runner is able to train 4-6 days most weeks.
